Through specific training and commitment (from both the coach and the runner) all runners can create habits to build the momentum that is needed to take their running and performance to new levels.
Our goal is to provide runners with specific tailored training blocks to take them towards the goals that they are aiming for.
We offer dedicated training blocks targeting your main goal, whether that be a specific race like a marathon or the cross country season as a whole.
We do offer continuous all year round coaching too, but we understand this can be a huge commitment, so we focus on providing coaching that will give runners the momentum to take themselves forward until the next training block that we can help with.
We offer a dedicated one-to-one coaching plan which looks to build the most optimised training for the individual runner.
With no "off-the-shelf" or ready made plans, all of our plans are tailored each week, through runner to coach feedback, to suit each runner's current training load, form and ambitions.
Momentum Running Project believes that one-to-one coaching can be integrated with club training. So often runners with online coaches become separated for their club or group training, this does not have to be the case. There will be times where specific sessions are required and others where the training can be integrated.
At Momentum Running Project we will work with you to maximise your training to keep you connected to your club whilst taking you towards your individual goals, ambitions and targets.
